DeepMeta - Inspections

We're pleased to announce our latest DeepMeta 4 feature: Inspections. A timeline of your latest Acceptances, Revisions and Rejections.

The new Inspections section shows a timeline with Acceptances, Revisions and Rejections for your latest Uploads. It is updated in the background every time you open the page.

Accepted Uploads are grouped by the collection they have been assigned to. This allows you to quickly check which uploads made it to the S+ or any other collection.

The list also reports the latest events on any Custom Content Briefs you may have submitted: which were selected by the client, moved to your portfolio, or were too similar to sell.

DeepMeta - Batch Details

The shown thumbnails are kept small and are meant to just give you an idea of which uploads were involved. To get more details: click on the Batch name. This opens the Batch page, with all uploads listed in detail:

Revisions and Rejections

Revisions and Rejections are all part of the process...

There's not much you can do about a Rejection, however revisions are best handled quickly, so that you can focus on your next Batch.

To view details of a rejection or revision: click the "To Revise" header, and the item will expand to show which uploads were involved, along with their respective error messages:

Future Plans

We have many plans to improve the information you can get on this page. One of the short-time enhancements will be to link Custom Content batches with their associated Brief, so we can provide info on when the Brief closes/closed and when we can expect the client selections to take place.
