DeepMeta - Inspections
We're pleased to announce our latest DeepMeta 4 feature: Inspections. A timeline of your latest Acceptances, Revisions and Rejections.
By Franky De Meyer
The new Inspections section shows a timeline with Acceptances, Revisions and Rejections for your latest Uploads. Uploads you already revised show up as Revised & Waiting, and uploads that haven't been inspected yet as Still in Review.
DeepMeta keeps this page up to date in the background, as long as you've opened Inspections or Batches & Uploads in the last two weeks (or get Inspections notifications on your phone). New inspection results for submissions of the last two days are usually picked up within half an hour; for older submissions, the checks gradually become less frequent. Opening the page also triggers a quick check. Want the very latest right away? Click the Sync button at the top right.
Accepted Uploads are grouped by the collection they have been assigned to. This allows you to quickly check which uploads made it to the S+ or any other collection.
The list also reports the latest events on any Custom Content Briefs you may have submitted: which were selected by the client, moved to your portfolio, or were too similar to sell.

The thumbnails shown are kept small and are meant to just give you an idea of which uploads were involved. Click a thumbnail to see the details of that upload, or click the Batch name to open the batch in Batches & Uploads, with all uploads listed in detail:

Revisions and Rejections
Revisions and Rejections are all part of the process...

There's not much you can do about a Rejection, however revisions are best handled quickly, so that you can focus on your next Batch.
To view details of a rejection or revision: click the "Rejected" or "To Revise" row, and it will expand to show which uploads were involved, along with their respective error messages:

Custom Content and Briefs
Custom Content batches are marked with a CC badge. Once the client has made the selections, the badge gets a small lock. Within the same two-week window, DeepMeta checks open Custom Content batches older than a week daily in the background, so new client selections show up here without you having to do anything.
If you created a batch from a Brief (with the Create Batch button in the Briefs section), the Brief's end date becomes the batch's Deadline, which you'll also find in the Calendar. The Brief itself lists your batches under Your Batches.
We still plan to show when you can expect the client selections to take place.
